Dipping Ideas
Zucchini fries are delicious on their own but even yummier with dip.
Some of our favorite dips include:
- ketchup
- ranch
- marinara
- sriracha
- chipotle mayonnaise
Storing
These are best the day you make them, but you can store any leftovers in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a couple days.
Keep in mind the longer they are in the fridge, the soggier they will get.
Tips and Tricks
- Unfortunately these do not freeze well due to the high water content of zucchini.
- You can add extra seasoning if you like. A teaspoon of garlic powder or Italian seasoning is delicious!
- Make sure the fries are not overlapping in the air fryer. It’s better to divide the fries Into two separate batches instead so they cook evenly.
