Ingredients
To make these you’ll need:

- Pork chops– Bone in pork chops, patted dry.
- Olive oil
- Spices– Garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper, and thyme
- Apple cider
- Sugar– Brown
- Butter– Doesn’t matter if it’s salted or unsalted
- Dijon mustard
How to Make
These apple cider glazed pork chops are so easy!

To make them, combine the pork chops, 1 tablespoon of oil, garlic salt, onion powder, pepper and thyme, stirring them until they are completely coated.
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium high heat.

Once the pan is hot, cook the pork chops until golden brown and cooked all the way through, around 3-5 minutes per side.
When the pork chops are completely cooked, remove them from the pan and set them aside.
Then return the same pan to the burn over medium heat.

Whisk together the apple cider, brown sugar, butter and Dijon mustard, making sure to get all the bits from the bottom of the pan.
Cook the glaze on a medium heat until it thickens up.

Serve the pork chops over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles and drizzle the glaze all over top.
Enjoy!

Storing Leftovers
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
Reheat the leftover pork chops on a pan on the stove or in a hot oven until warmed through.

Tips and Tricks
- Make sure to dry the pork chops before you coat them in the olive oil and spices.
- If the glaze doesn’t thicken up, feel free to whisk together a tablespoon of cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Add the slurry into the glaze and cook it until it is thick.
- Taste the glaze and adjust it according to your taste.
