Ingredients
To make this you’ll need:
- Pasta– A short pasta like penne or rotini, etc.
- Alfredo sauce– 30 ounces (2 jars) of your favorite premade alfredo sauce
- Sausage– Kielbasa sliced into coins
- Cheese– Shredded mozzarella
- Seasoning– Cajun seasoning blend, ground black pepper, and seasoned salt
How to Make
This baked alfredo pasta with sausage is so easy to make!
To do it, cook the pasta to al dente according to the instructions on the package.
Once it’s cooked, drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
Set the cooked pasta aside.
While the pasta cooks, brown the kielbasa slices in a large skillet over medium high heat until the sausage is lightly brown on both sides.
Stir the sausage into the pasta.
Then stir all the the alfredo sauce, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, and all the seasonings into the pot.
When everything is evenly combined, spread the pasta mixture out into a 9×13 baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese out over top.
Bake the alfredo pasta for 25-30 minutes or until it is hot and bubbly and the cheese has melted and turned golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Storing Leftovers
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Reheat in the microwave until warmed through.

- If you want this dish spicier, add more Cajun seasoning.
- You could also go for a Cajun alfredo style dish and substitute the kielbasa for andouille sausage.

- 2 15 oz jars alfredo sauce
- 1 12 oz kielbasa sausage thinly sliced into coins
- 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 pinch seasoned salt
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it's 'al dente'. Drain completely then return to pot. Set aside.1 lb short pasta
- Set a large skillet over medium high heat and sauté the kielbasa, stirring and flipping as needed, until lightly browned on both sides. Add the sausage to the pasta. Gently stir to evenly combine.1 12 oz kielbasa sausage
- Pour both jars of alfredo sauce into the pot with pasta, and add 1 cup of shredded mozzarella. Add the seasonings, and stir everything together until evenly combined.2 15 oz jars alfredo sauce, 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, 1 pinch seasoned salt
- Spread the pasta mixture out evenly in a 9x13" baking dish in an even layer. Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly out overtop.
- Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
