The year is quickly sliding into the blur of back to school, fall, holiday madness.
And as we slide into the bottom of the year, the pace of life gets downright frantic.
Back to school nights, activities, CHRISTMAS SHOPPING.
Is it too soon to think about that?
And all that happens on top of normal working and raising a family and trying to be a functional adult human.
So as we rush towards the crazy season, dinner needs to be easy.
And in my book that’s a dinner that doesn’t need me to chop it or do anything other than stir some ingredients together and pop it in the oven.
That’s exactly what this baked honey mustard chicken is.
Stir together a few ingredients, dunk the chicken in it, and pop it on the table.
Before you know it, a savory chicken dinner that everyone will eat is ready to go!
