How to Make
Air fryer cinnamon roll bites are so easy to make!
Just line the bottom of your air fryer basket with a parchment paper liner.
Then pop open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate the rolls.
Cut each cinnamon into 4 equal quarters and add half of them to the basket.
Preheat the air fryer to 325°.
When the air fryer is preheated air fry the cinnamon roll bites for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, carefully flip each piece over using a pair of tongs.
Air fry the pieces for another 2-3 minutes or just until the cinnamon roll bites are golden brown.
Repeat this for the remaining cinnamon roll pieces.
Once all the cinnamon roll pieces are golden, toss the granulated sugar and cinnamon together in a large ziplocking bag.
Add the warm cinnamon roll pieces to the bag and gently shake until they’re all evenly coated in the cinnamon sugar.
Put the cinnamon roll pieces on a serving plate and set them aside while you make the icing.
To make the icing dip, beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
Then beat in the sugar, cinnamon roll icing, and milk until the mixture’s evenly combined and smooth.
Serve the dip alongside the cinnamon roll bites and enjoy!
Storing
These are best served fresh and warm, but if you have leftovers you can store them in an airtight container on the counter for up to 2 days or so.
Store any leftover icing dip in an airtight container in the fridge.
The dip will solidify in the fridge somewhat so you may want to pop it in the microwave for a few seconds to loosen it up a bit before enjoying again.
Tips and Tricks
- Make sure you flip the cinnamon roll bites part way through air frying so they cook evenly.
- You could add a little bit of vanilla extract to the icing dip if desired.
- Make sure to toss the bites in the cinnamon sugar while they are still warm so the sugar mixture sticks.
