Cookies and cream pudding cookies are soft, chewy cookies studded with chunks of Oreos and white chocolate chips. This easy cookie recipe is a treat any time!
Cookies and cream is one of our favorite flavor combinations.
Ice cream, pies, cupcakes, if it has Oreo pieces and creamy white chocolate or frosting then I am all for it!
These cookies and cream pudding cookies are a yummy cookie version of this flavor.
They have a base similar to that of a chocolate chip cookie but dotted with Oreos and white chocolate instead of semi sweet chocolate chips.
Plus the pudding mix makes for a fabulous chewy, soft, moist cookie with the best texture.
I just know you’ll love them!
Ingredients
To make these you’ll need:
- Butter– Softened
- Sugar– Both brown sugar and granulated sugar
- Pudding– A 4.2 ounce package of Oreo cookies and cream instant pudding
- Eggs– Let them come to room temperature
- Vanilla– Real vanilla extract
- Flour– All purpose
- Baking soda– For lift
- Salt– To balance all the sweet
- Mix ins– Crushed Oreos and white chocolate chips
How to Make
Add the butter, salt, and sugars to the bowl of a stand mixer and whip them together until they are smooth and creamy.
Then, on a lower speed mix in the pudding mix until it’s evenly combined.
Once the pudding mix is evenly combined, beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
When all the wet ingredients are well combined, whisk together the flour and baking soda in a separate bowl.
Set the mixer to a low speed setting and add the flour mixture.
When it’s combined, scrape the sides and center of the bowl down and mix the dough again until evenly combined.
Then, fold in the chocolate chips and Oreo cookie pieces with a spatula or sturdy spoon.
Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, using a medium cookie scoop, scoop equal sized dough balls onto a nonstick baking sheet.
Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
Storing
Store these cookies for up to a week in an airtight container on the counter.

- Don’t skip chilling the dough. It helps prevents the cookies from spreading too much.
- Make sure to scrape down the bowl to get everything well mixed.
- Can’t find the Oreo pudding? Use vanilla pudding instead.

- 1 heaping tsp baking soda
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 15 Oreo cookies roughly crushed
Instructions
- Add the butter, salt, and sugars to the bowl of a stand mixer. Whip them together until smooth & creamy.
- Pour in the pudding mix, and mix again - on a lower speed- until evenly combined.
- Add the eggs & vanilla extract and mix again, until evenly combined.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda.
- Set the mixer to a low speed setting and add the flour mixture, mixing until evenly combined. Scrape the sides and center of the bowl down, and mix again until evenly combined.
- Using a spatula, stir in the chocolate chips & oreo cookie pieces.
- Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
- Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop dollops of dough onto a non stick baking sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes
