Cookies and cream is one of our favorite flavor combinations.

Ice cream, pies, cupcakes, if it has Oreo pieces and creamy white chocolate or frosting then I am all for it!

These cookies and cream pudding cookies are a yummy cookie version of this flavor.

They have a base similar to that of a chocolate chip cookie but dotted with Oreos and white chocolate instead of semi sweet chocolate chips.

Plus the pudding mix makes for a fabulous chewy, soft, moist cookie with the best texture.

I just know you’ll love them!

Set the mixer to a low speed setting and add the flour mixture.

When it’s combined, scrape the sides and center of the bowl down and mix the dough again until evenly combined.

Then, fold in the chocolate chips and Oreo cookie pieces with a spatula or sturdy spoon.

Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, using a medium cookie scoop, scoop equal sized dough balls onto a nonstick baking sheet.

Tips and Tricks

  • Don’t skip chilling the dough. It helps prevents the cookies from spreading too much.
  • Make sure to scrape down the bowl to get everything well mixed.
  • Can’t find the Oreo pudding? Use vanilla pudding instead.
