Have you ever had gnocchi?

These Italian potato pasta dumplings are little pieces of heaven.

They are amazing with sauce or even just some melted butter on top.

But my friends you haven’t lived until you have had air fryer gnocchi.

The outside of the gnocchi gets deliciously crispy but the inside stays soft and pillowy.

It’s addictingly delicious plus you don’t have to watch it as closely as you would have to if you boil it.

Storing

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

If you store leftovers longer, they will dry out too much for you to enjoy them again.

Tips and Tricks

  • This recipe is only meant for shelf stable gnocchi, NOT the refrigerated or frozen variety.
  • To reheat, return the gnocchi to the basket of an air fryer and spritz with oil. Air fry for 3-5 minutes, just until heated through.
  • While this recipe calls for marinara, you could absolutely serve this gnocchi with your choice of Italian sauce. Pesto or Alfredo would be delicious as well!
