Easy pulled pork pizzas are a delicious twist on pizza night and the perfect way to use up your leftovers! Savory pulled pork, barbecue sauce, mozzarella cheese, bacon, and diced red onion give you bold flavors to enjoy.

That’s exactly what this easy pulled pork pizza is.
A delicious mash up of our leftover pulled pork on pizza crusts.
It’s a winning combination every time we make it!
Ingredients
To make this you’ll need:
- Pizza crust– We use this with the small, personal sized shelf stable crusts. If you prefer a larger pizza just use one full size crust.
- Barbecue sauce– Your favorite kind
- Pulled pork– Leftover pulled pork
- Cheese– Shredded mozzarella
- Bacon– Cooked crisp and crumbled
- Onion– Diced red onion
- Chopped cilantro leaves– To garnish
How to Make
This pulled pork pizza is so easy to make!
To do it, prepare the pizza crusts according to the package instructions.
Spread the barbecue sauce evenly out over the prepared crust.
Sprinkle half the cheese evenly out over the crusts.
Top the layer of cheese with a layer of pulled pork, dividing it evenly between the crusts.
Spread the remaining cheese out over the pizzas.
Then top each with onion and crumbled bacon.
Bake the pizzas on a pizza pan or baking sheet at 400 for 12 to 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove the pizzas from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
Slice, serve and enjoy!
Storing
This pizza is best the day you make it.
However if you have leftovers you can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the oven until the pizza is warmed through.
Tips and Tricks
- Don’t have leftover pulled pork? Use leftover barbecue chicken.
- You can switch the cheese to cheddar or a blend of cheddar and mozzarella if you prefer.
- For heat, you could top this with some diced jalapenos.

Easy Pulled Pork Pizza
Ingredients
- 2-3 small pizza crusts
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 cups shredded pulled pork
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices bacon cooked crisp & crumbled
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- chopped cilantro leaves for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the pizza crusts according to the package instructions.2-3 small pizza crusts
- Spread a thin layer of barbecue sauce evenly out overtop of each prepared crust.1 cup barbecue sauce
- Divide half of the cheese, splitting it evenly between the crusts in an even layer. Then add the pulled pork on top, again dividing it evenly between the crusts.2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 cups shredded pulled pork
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese evenly out overtop of the pizzas. Top each with some of the onion and bacon.4 slices bacon, 1/4 cup diced red onion
- Bake the pizzas on a pizza pan or rimmed baking sheet at 400° for 12-15 minutes.
