I’m fairly picky about seafood.

And my boys and husband are even worse.

If it’s not full of flavor and tastes too much like- well, fish- they won’t eat it.

But these lemon garlic butter air fryer salmon bites are loaded with flavor and so very easy to make.

And they are the perfect appetizer or dinner when you serve it with rice or salad greens.

Tips and Tricks

  • Do not overcrowd the basket. Cook the salmon in 2 batches, if necessary.
  • Do NOT shake the basket during cooking.
  • Don’t have liners for your air fryer? Cut a sheet of parchment paper to fit the bottom of the basket. This recipe has to be made with a liner, otherwise the sauce will all cook/drain off during the cook time.
