Ingredients

To make this you’ll need:

  • Chicken– Chopped rotisserie chicken
  • Chicken broth– Stock would also work
  • Seasonings– Black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, dried oregano, and dried thyme leaves
  • Sundried tomatoes– Chopped
  • Garlic– Minced
  • Sour cream– Full fat is best
  • Shredded cheese– Both shredded Parmesan and shredded mozzarella. You could also substitute shredded Italian blend.
  • Cream cheese– Softened to room temperature and cut into cubes
  • Bacon bits– Real ones for garnish. Optional but highly recommended.

How to Make

Marry me chicken dip is so easy to make!

Just combine all of the ingredients, except the bacon, together a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer.

Transfer the dip mixture to an 8×8″ dish sprayed with nonstick spray and spread it out in an even layer with a spatula.

Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.

Sprinkle some extra shredded Parmesan cheese evenly out overtop along with the bacon bits and bake for 10 more minutes.

Serve warm with your favorite dipping options, and enjoy!

Storing Leftovers

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Reheat the dip in the microwave until warm.

  • For best results when mixing everything together for the dip, I recommend blending with a hand mixer. Pulsing everything in a food processor will also work.
  • Let the cream cheese come to room temperature so it mixes together more easily.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese + more for topping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese softened & cubed
  • real bacon bits for garnish

Instructions

  • Spray an 8x8" baking dish with nonstick spray. Set aside.
  • Add all of the ingredients, except bacon, to a large mixing bowl and stir them together until evenly combined.
