Storing Leftovers

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Reheat in a hot oven or on the stove until warmed through.

Avoid reheating it in the microwave since it will make the beef tougher.

Tips and Tricks

  • Not a fan of mushrooms? Skip them.
  • Almost any condensed soup will work. Good choices include cream of broccoli or cream of celery. I do recommend avoiding cream of chicken or cheese soups.
  • If you can’t find beefy onion soup mix, you could substitute beef gravy mix.
