Ingredients
To make this you’ll need:
- Sesame oil– Just a little since it is a strong flavor
- Aromatics– Ginger paste and minced garlic
- Chicken broth– You could substitute vegetable broth or chicken stock if preferred
- Soy sauce
- Veggies– Thinly sliced green onions, matchstick carrots, and fresh spinach
- Potstickers– Your favorite frozen variety
- Sesame seeds– Optional
How to Make
This potsticker soup is so easy to make!
Just heat the oil in a large soup pot set over medium heat.
Once the oil is nice and hot, saute the ginger and garlic in it for about a minute.
Then stir in the remaining ingredients, except for the potstickers and spinach.
Bring the soup to a boil.
Once the soup boils, stir in the potstickers.
Turn down the heat and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
Then take the pot off the heat and stir in the spinach.
Ladle into bowls and garnish with sesame seeds and/or sliced green onions on top.
Enjoy!
Storing Leftovers
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Reheat them in the microwave or on the stove until warmed through.

Instructions

- Stir in the potstickers, and reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the pot from heat, and stir in the spinach.2 lbs frozen potstickers, 5 oz fresh baby spinach
