It’s a staple when we entertain and of course during football season.
So we almost always have leftovers.
And while leftover pulled pork on its own is good, my boys like variety.
After all, variety is the spice of life.
They might just like tater tots and cheese even more than variety!
And this pulled pork tater tot casserole is full of all those things.
With only 5 ingredients and 5 short minutes of prep, dinner can be in the oven before you know it!
Ingredients
To make this you’ll need:
- Pulled pork– Leftover pulled pork from your favorite recipe
- Barbecue sauce– Your favorite brand
- Baked beans– Any kind you like
- Cheddar cheese– Shredded
- Tater tots– A 32 ounce frozen package
How to Make
This pulled pork tater tot casserole is so easy to make!
To do it, just mix the pulled pork and barbecue sauce together in a mixing bowl until combined.
Then put the barbecue pork into a 9×13 baking dish you’ve sprayed with nonstick spray.
Spread the baked beans out in an even layer on top of the barbecue pork.
Sprinkle the baked bean layer with cheese and then arrange the entire bag of tater tots over the cheese layer.
Bake at 375 for 40 to 45 minutes or until the edges bubble and the tater tots are gold brown.
Remove the hot dish from the oven and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
Top with thinly sliced green onion or cilantro if desired.
Serve and enjoy!
Storing Leftovers
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Keep in mind the amount of time you store the leftovers will depend on how long ago you made the pork.

- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 32 oz pkg frozen tater tots Do NOT thaw
Instructions

- Spray a 9x13" baking dish with nonstick spray then transfer the barbecue pork to it and spread out in an even layer.
