These quick and easy creamy Italian noodles give far more than they take.

They offer up a creamy cheesy comfort food meal that serves 4 with nothing needed besides boiling a pot of egg noodles and stirring in a few basic ingredients.

It’s the meal you can do even when you just can’t bring yourself to do anything else!

Ingredients

To make this you’ll need:

  • Noodles– Go for 8 ounces of wide egg noodles.
  • Butter– Pull it out of the fridge when you fill the pot with water to let it soften up a bit.
  • Evaporated milk– Super important to use evaporated milk and not sweetened condensed milk.
  • Parmesan cheese– Grated
  • Italian dressing mix– The dry dressing mix that comes in a .7 ounce packet.

How to Make

These creamy Italian noodles are the easiest thing in the world to make.

Just cook the pasta according to the directions on the package for al dented. 

When they are done, strain them well and put them right back into the pot you cooked them in.

Stir in the remaining ingredients until they are combined, and that’s it! You’re done!

Serve warm and enjoy!

Storing Leftovers

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Keep in mind that the longer these sit in the fridge, the thicker the sauce will get.

You may need to thin the sauce out with a little more evaporated milk if they sit too long.

To reheat them, microwave until warmed through, stirring in more evaporated milk prior to microwaving them if needed.

  • Want to fill these noodles out a bit? Top them with steamed broccoli and shredded rotisserie chicken.
  • To add extra flavor, stir in a little garlic powder and crushed red pepper flakes.
  • If you want to make them pretty, you can sprinkle on some chopped parsley or basil.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg wide egg noodles
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 0.7 oz pkt dry Italian salad dressing mix

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta per the package directions for al dente. Strain them well, then return them to the pot.

  • Add the remaining ingredients to the pot, stirring until evenly combined.
