How to Make

This is quite possibly the easiest peanut butter cookie recipe ever!

To do it, just beat all of the ingredients together in a large bowl using a hand mixer until everything is evenly combined.

Scrape down the sides, as needed, and repeat until a smooth batter has formed.

Then, make roughly 1 1/2″ balls out of the cookie dough and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.

Use a fork to press a crisscross pattern into the dough balls and flatten them some.

Bake, one pan at a time, at 350° for 12 minutes.

Remove the hot pan from the oven, and let the cookies cool completely.

Serve and enjoy!
