How to Make
This slow cooker cube steak with gravy is so easy to make!
Just whisk the soup, gravy mix, and water together in the bowl of the slow cooker.
Add the cube steak to the slow cooker, pressing it down so the liquid covers it.
Cover the slow cooker and cook it on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
Then, whisk together cornstarch and 3 tablespoons of cold water in a small bowl to make a slurry.
Stir the slurry into the slow cooker and cover the slow cooker back up again.

Tips and Tricks
- Can’t find cube steak? Substitute stew meat or bottom round steak.
- We like it with the french onion flavor but you could use 1 can of condensed mushroom soup or all condensed mushroom soup.
- You want the cornstarch slurry to be smooth. Keep stirring it until the lumps go away before you add it to the slow cooker.
