Bake the breadsticks at 425 for 12-18 minutes.

When the dough is golden and cheese has melted, remove the baking dish from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes before cutting.

Can I make cheesy breadsticks ahead of time?

These are best served fresh so I would make them when you want to serve them.

Tips and Tricks

  • Shredded provolone is optional but does add a lot of flavor.
  • Want to add another cheesy layer? Sprinkle on some Parmesan too.
  • You can add more garlic if desired or skip it all together if you don’t do garlic.
