  • Hot dogs– Sliced into coins

How to Make

This sheet pan hot dogs and cheesy potatoes is so easy.

Just stir together the potatoes, oil, and seasonings in a large mixing bowl until everything is combined.

Spread the seasoned potatoes out into an even layer on the sheet pan.

Bake the potatoes for 25- 30 minutes at 425.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cubed russet potatoes cut into 1/2 - 3/4" pieces
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 8-10 hot dogs sliced into coins
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Add the potatoes, oil, and seasonings to a large mixing bowl and stir everything together until evenly combined.
    6 cups cubed russet potatoes, 2 tbsp canola oil, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp seasoned salt, 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • Transfer the potatoes to a sheet pan and spread out in an even layer.
  • Bake at 425° for 25-30 minutes. Carefully flip the potatoes. Add the hot dogs to the pan, then bake for 10 more minutes.
    8-10 hot dogs
  • Sprinkle the cheese evenly out overtop and bake another 5 minutes.
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
