Crispy Ranch Potatoes (Air Fryer Recipe)

Crispy ranch potatoes are a 3 ingredient air fryer recipe that makes an easy side dish that pairs well with any meal. Everyone will love these flavorful, crispy but fluffy potatoes!

I know potatoes are generally a good bet to serve.

It doesn’t matter if I’m making a side for my family, entertaining, or bringing a dish to a party.

There’s always a potato for that.

And these crispy ranch potatoes are one of my favorite versions of potatoes!

They only need 3 ingredients you probably already have on hand, but the ranch seasoning adds so much flavor that they taste like you put in way more effort than you actually did.

And the air fryer takes the cook time and cuts it down to under 20 minutes.

So you’ve got bold, flavorful potatoes with a perfectly crisp exterior and a soft, fluffy inside on table anytime.

Which is a really good thing since everyone loves them and they pair well with anything from chicken to pork chops.

Ingredients

To make these you’ll need:

  • Baby potatoes– You could also use new potatoes. Baby red potatoes will also work.
  • Olive oil– Extra virgin
  • Ranch dressing mix– A 1 ounce packet of your favorite variety.

How to Make

These air fryer crispy ranch potatoes are so easy!

Start by washing the potatoes well and pat them dry.

Cut the washed potatoes into quarters and put them into a large mixing bowl.

Drizzle the olive oil out over them and toss the potatoes to coat them.

Then season them with the ranch mix and toss them again to coat them.

Spread the seasoned potatoes out in an even layer in the basket of your air fryer.

Air fry the potatoes at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Serve warm and enjoy!

Storing Leftovers

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Reheat them in a 350 degree air fryer for 3 to 6 minutes or until warmed through.

Tips and Tricks

  • Make sure to cut the potatoes all roughly the same size so they cook evenly.
  • Want to make something that’s already super delicious even more delicious? Sprinkle them with a little Parmesan cheese or shredded cheddar as soon as they are out of the air fryer.
  • Don’t over crowd the air fryer. The air needs to be able to circulate properly for them to cook evenly.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes
  • 2 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1 oz pkt ranch dressing mix

Instructions

  • Wash and scrub the potatoes, then pat them dry. Cut them into quarters and add them to a large mixing bowl.

  • Drizzle the oil overtop then gently toss until evenly coated.
    2 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly overtop and toss again until evenly coated.
    1 1 oz pkt ranch dressing mix
  • Transfer the prepared potatoes to the basket of an air fryer and spread out in an even layer.
  • Air fry at 400° for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket half way through.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
