Ingredients

To make this you’ll need:

  • Vinegar– Equal parts white wine vinegar and distilled white vinegar
  • Oil– Extra virgin olive oil. Don’t substitute another oil since the flavor is more prominent in dressings and dips like this.
  • Mustard– Equal parts Dijon and stone ground mustard
  • Honey– The amount will vary by your preferred sweetness

Storing

You can store this in a sealed mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

The dressing will separate when stored because it is oil based, but just give the jar a vigorous shake before using to bring it back together and it will be good to go!

Tips and Tricks

  • I don’t use black pepper in mine, but my husband swears by it. Try it with and without to figure out which way you prefer.
  • Have a favorite mustard? Use that in place of the Dijon.
  • Don’t have stone ground mustard? Use all Dijon instead or vice versa.
  • Start with less honey and give the dressing a taste. If it’s not sweet enough, add more.
