They were dry and bland.
But my mom made them because they were easy.
Well, friends, we’re keeping them on the menu because they are easy indeed.
But they are anything but dry and bland!
These French onion pork chops are moist, tender, and loaded with creamy, cheesy, oniony flavor.
I’d want these over and over again as a kid and don’t mind making them over and over again as an adult since they only need 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep.

To make these you’ll need:
- Pork chops– Boneless pork chops
- French onion dip– Use your favorite store bought brand. Can’t find it? You can use homemade French onion dip or substitute sour cream and dip.
- Cheese– Shredded white cheddar or Swiss
- Fried onions– The kind you put on top of green bean casserole.
How to Make
These French onion pork chop are effortless!
Just add all of the pork chops to the bottom of a 9×13″ baking dish.
Then spread the french onion dip evenly out overtop of the pork chops and top them with the shredded cheese followed by the fried onions.
And just like that, you’re ready to bake the pork chops at 350° for 40 – 45 minutes or until done to temperature and the topping is golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with your favorite sides and enjoy!
