I am a huge Starbucks fan.

But I simply cannot get behind how much their drinks cost.

So I get one once in awhile.

But anymore and I’d go broke.

To keep myself and my wallet happy, I love making copycat versions of their drinks at home.

And this copycat Starbucks Pink Drink recipe is one of my favorites!

What is the Pink Drink at Starbucks?

The Pink Drink is one of the chilled Refresher beverages featuring a strawberry acai base blended with sweetened coconut milk and freeze dried strawberries.

My version relieves on a white cran strawberry juice base as a very close substitute for strawberry acai.

Ingredients

To make this you’ll need:

  • Juice– White cran strawberry juice. Ocean Spray makes one and several supermarkets have store brands of this.
  • Sweetened coconut milk– The kind from a can
  • For serving– Ice and dehydrated strawberries

How to Make

This copycat Starbucks Pink Drink is so easy!

To make just add some ice and freeze dried strawberries to a cup.

Then fill the cup 3/4 of the way up with strawberry juice.

Fill the remaining 1/4 of the cup with coconut milk.

Stir and enjoy!

Storing Leftovers

I don’t recommend storing leftovers.

The ice will melt and water the drink down.

Tips and Tricks

  • Prefer the drink with more coconut milk? Then use equal parts strawberry juice and coconut milk.
  • Chill the coconut milk and juice first so you don’t have to use as much ice.
  • This drink is super fun to drink as is but serving it with pretty pink straws or even little drink umbrellas is more fun!
