Ingredients

To make this you’ll need:

  • Lemon lime flavored soda– Like Sprite or 7-Up.
  • Pink lemonade– You can buy it premade or make the powdered kind.
  • Cotton candy ice cream– Your favorite brand. If you don’t want to use cotton candy ice, substitute blue ice cream and pink ice cream flavors instead. Blue Moon or Blue Raspberry would work for the blue part and Strawberry or Bubblegum would do for the pink.
  • Cotton candy– Preferably a mix of blue and pink.
  • Sprinkles– You can really have fun with your selection here. Rainbow sprinkles that you can find in the grocery store would be cute or you can take a trip to the baking aisle of your local craft store and buy things like gold star sprinkles or glitter dust. There are also unicorn sprinkle blends  available at hobby stores.

Storing

Once you scoop the ice cream into the punch, it won’t save for very long as the ice cream will melt into the lemonade soda base.

Tips and Tricks

  • Because this punch doesn’t save well, I’d only make what you plan to serve.
  • This punch is so pretty that it really shines in a clear plastic punch cup so the pastel colors are really on display. You could also use rainbow or pastel cups or even unicorn themed ones.
  • Want an extra fun garnish? Serve each cup with a rainbow stick lollipop “horn.”
